More than ever before, the seniors we serve need support, continuity and access to quality services. We know that music matters because it can reduce isolation and foster connection when in person sessions are not possible. We are offering individual, group, recorded and family teletherapy sessions for our senior community.
Maintain quality of life through active music making, movement, reminiscence and more! To sign up for services contact 619-299-1411 or contact us here.
We are here to support your family with online teletherapy and music lessons. A few things we can work on may include: Social song stories (e.g. dealing with change and being a flexible thinker), coping skills, safety and hygiene songs (e.g. washing your hands, cover your mouth when you cough) and movement for sensory regulation. In addition, this is a great time to continue or begin learning a new instrument such as piano, voice, guitar, ukulele, flute or drums.
The only technology needed is WIFI and either a computer, iPad or smartphone. To sign up for services contact 619-299-1411 or contact us here.
